Yesterday Ciara went out to priarie city to ride quads with her friend Marissa and her family. They were having lots of fun until their quad flipped sending Marissa and Ciara into space. Ciara has no memory of what happened. We took Ciara to the ER because she was acting funny. She has a concussion but no broken bones. She is fine just really sore. No quad riding for her for a long while. Here are some pictures of her boo boos

When I first saw Ciara her face was covered with dirt, infact she had dirt everywhere, but she had dirt all stuck in her braces and a fat lip

I was hoping & praying those wounds were another one of Courtneys "theater make-up" attempts...but I guess these wounds are the real deal! Sorry Ciara!! You are a sport to pose for pictures!!Best wishes!!
